About Us
We love anything creative, especially interior decor and design.
While I was researching new and innovative ways to update
an interior space, I happened to stumble upon 3M DI-NOC
Architectural Finishes and was amazed at its potential.
As we were trying to figure out the best way to renovate an
interior space, the nagging issue of the excessive heat
from outside was also top of mind.
So we found solutions for interior and exterior applications,
that were sustainable and environmentally responsible.
I immediately knew that this was a good business opportunity,
so I started Surfatex, to introduce these wonderful products
to the Greater Vancouver area.

Early Career - Steve started his first business at 22 years old, a local independent pizzeria that won praise and support from some of the best chefs within his restaurant community. Sold business for a profit after 3.5 years.
